Maple Salmon

Plate of maple salmon with lemon wedges and salad, on a floral napkin.

Maple and salmon might sound unexpected, but they were meant for each other. The sweetness of pure Vermont maple syrup caramelizes beautifully against the salty kick of soy and garlic, turning simple salmon into something you’d swear came off a restaurant menu.

It’s balanced, bold, and incredibly easy to pull off — a perfect dinner for when you want to impress without trying too hard. Pair it with roasted veggies, jasmine rice, or just a fork and a quiet evening.
