Ingredients
3 Tbsp. Sugarman’s Moroccan Spice Maple Glaze
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 ½ tsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts (cut into small pieces)
½ medium red onion (slices)
2 cups broccoli
1 ½ cups sugar snap peas
1 medium bell pepper
½ cup carrots (sliced)

Serving Suggestions

Rice
Sliced green onions
Sesame seeds

Directions

Start by adding a Tbsp. of oil to a large skillet. Once the oil heats up a bit, add the chicken and season to taste with a pinch of salt and pepper. Once the chicken has cooked through (5-7 minutes), remove the chicken from the skillet, and set aside. Add the rest of the oil to the skillet, then add the onion. Sauté the onion, then add the broccoli, sugar snap peas, pepper, and carrots. Once the vegetables are softened to your liking, add the chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, and Sugarman’s Moroccan Spice Maple Glaze. Cook and let simmer so vegetables and chicken can marinate in the sauce (for around 3 minutes). Serve over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
