Maple Banana Bread

Sliced maple banana bread topped with walnuts on a wooden cutting board.

There’s banana bread — and then there’s maple banana bread. The kind that fills your kitchen with the smell of Sunday mornings and slow starts. A drizzle of pure Vermont maple syrup brings out the bananas’ natural sweetness while giving the loaf a deeper, caramel warmth.

It’s the sort of comfort food that doesn’t need fanfare — just a cup of coffee, a cool morning, and maybe a friend to share a slice with. Toast it, butter it, or eat it straight from the pan. However you go about it, this one feels like home.
